We’ve been based here in Indiranagar for a while now, specifically on the second floor of this building on 6th Main in Mottappannpalya. If you know the area, it’s a busy spot near Old No 270. It gets pretty loud outside during peak hours, but inside we’re mostly just focused on keeping things running for the website. Holidayiq.Com is about travel, but our day-to-day is really just about managing all the information that comes through. We aren’t some big faceless corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to make sense of all the places people want to visit. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the old and new numbers, but locals usually find us okay. Sometimes the mail gets confused because of the street renaming, but we manage. We aren’t here to sell you a dream or anything; we just handle the data and reviews that help people figure out where they’re going next. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, honestly. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved into the 560038 zip code. More shops have opened up nearby, which is nice for lunch breaks. We’ve seen businesses come and go on this street, but we’re still here doing our thing on the 2nd floor, just keeping the site updated and answering emails as they come in every morning.
