Hm Group

Hm Group is located at 15, Maruthi Layout in the Sanjaynagar area of Bangalore. It’s a pretty nice neighborhood, actually. We have a modest office set up here. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks; it’s more like a converted house or a small commercial building. We like it that way because it feels more grounded and less stiff. We handle various business matters from this office, and it can get a bit hectic with the Bangalore traffic right outside. Sometimes it takes forever just to get a few blocks away for a meeting because the roads are so narrow. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups left over from the morning. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. If you ring the bell, one of us will just come to the door and see what you need. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on emails, trying to keep everything coordinated. It’s a lot of administrative work that isn't very flashy, but it’s important. We’ve been in Sanjaynagar for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the local tea shops and where to get the best lunch. It’s a regular job for us. We come in during the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the work is finished. We don't really go for big mission statements. We just try to stay organized and keep the Hm Group moving forward without too much fuss. It works for us.
