Hitech Solutions

Hitech Solutions is located on the Kanteerava Studio Main Road in Banashankari 1st Stage. Despite the name, we are not some big high-tech firm with glass walls and fancy carpets. It is a small shop where we fix things like computers, phones, and sometimes printers. My workbench is always covered in tiny screws, screwdrivers, and bits of wire. It is hard to keep it tidy when you have three different machines taken apart at the same time. The shop is at number 330/12. It is a busy road, so there is a lot of dust that comes in from the traffic outside. I spend a lot of time squinting at motherboards and trying to find why something is not turning on. It can be frustrating when a part does not fit or a software update fails. We do not have a big team of experts. It is just me and a helper who comes in during the afternoons. We are not the fastest in the world, but we try to be thorough with the repairs. We do not charge a fortune because we know people just want their stuff back in working order without spending too much. Sometimes we cannot fix it, and I have to tell the customer the bad news. That is the part I like the least. We have been in this spot for a few years now. It is just a basic service for the local folks.
