Up here in Chikmagalur at the Adarshnagar location, things run a bit differently than the big cities. We are located at Sudish.K, `Shreyas` on K.M. Road. It’s a nice area, usually a bit cooler than the plains. Hilti India Pvt Ltd has been part of this neighborhood for a bit now, and we just try to keep things simple and functional. The office isn't huge, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We spend a lot of time talking to local guys who are building stuff nearby. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep the paperwork moving along. It’s mostly about making sure the right equipment gets to the right people at the right time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us making sure the inventory is right. You might see us out grabbing tea nearby when things are quiet. The address is pretty easy to find once you are on K.M. Road. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the boxes coming in and out, it gets a bit messy sometimes. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with heavy stuff. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job here in Karnataka without any extra drama or complicated corporate talk.
