You can find us at 102, J-Extn, Street No.2 in Laxmi Nagar. We’ve been working out of this small office for a while now. We deal with tourism, mostly for people who are wanting to go up to the hills to escape the heat. It’s a busy little street in New Delhi-92. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking hotel prices for different places in the north. We aren't a big travel agency with a lot of money or staff. We just like helping people see something besides the busy city streets. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it stays quiet for hours. We have a lot of travel brochures and papers stacked up on the tables. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have any corporate training or special certificates. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Most of the folks who come in are local families looking for a summer break. We tell them what we know about the mountain roads and the weather. Laxmi Nagar is a very loud area, so we usually have the fan on high and the door closed to keep the noise out. We just do our best to get the bookings right for every trip. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of every day. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving.
