Our office is located at 69 Mahalaxmi Puram, right on Kasarwadi Road. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps. Highway Tours & Travels isn't a big corporation; it’s just a few of us here making sure the cars and buses are where they need to be. The road outside can get pretty backed up, especially in the evenings, so we are used to the noise. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for anyone who drops by to talk. Often, we are just coordinating with drivers or checking on routes. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don't always see. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. The building is simple, nothing fancy to look at. We like being in Mahalaxmi Puram because it’s a central enough spot for our vehicles to get out to the main roads. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to do things the old-fashioned way. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking to each other. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets covered in papers and keys. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a travel business. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the schedule.
