Hical Technologies

Hical Technologies is located at Survey No: 46 and 47 on the 1St Main Road in Electronic City Phase II. Even though this part of Bangalore is known for big tech companies, our day-to-day is actually quite routine and grounded. We are in a busy area where everyone is always in a rush to get to their office. Our building is a bit tucked away but we have been here for a while. Inside, it is mostly about working with electronic components and keeping the assembly lines moving. It is much quieter than a metal shop but there is still a constant hum from the testing machines. The commute to Electronic City can be a real pain with the traffic, so most of us get here early and stay late to avoid the worst of it. We have a small canteen area where we sit and talk about mundane things during our breaks. We do not use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just make sure the parts are put together correctly and the boards are tested before they go out. It is precise work and sometimes your eyes get tired from looking at small wires all day. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one. It is a modern environment but the work is still just hard work at the end of the day. (249 words)
