Hewlett Packard

We’re located at 185, 12th A Cross, over in Stage II of WCR. It’s a solid part of Bangalore 86, and we’ve grown quite fond of this neighborhood. Our little Hewlett Packard outlet isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. We’ve got a couple of signs and a glass front, but inside it’s all about the work. Most of us have been working with computers since we were kids, so this isn't just a job for us. It’s what we know. We don't go in for those corporate missions or big visionary statements. We’re just here to help you get your laptop working again so you can get back to your own life. Some days we’re dealing with messy software installs, and other days we’re replacing batteries or fixing keyboards that had coffee spilled on them. It happens more often than you’d think. We keep the atmosphere pretty casual. You’ll usually hear some music playing in the background while we work. We don't have a lot of rules about how we talk to customers; we just speak normally and try to be as helpful as possible. If we can’t fix something, we’ll tell you straight up instead of wasting your time. It’s a simple way to do business, and it’s kept us going for a long time in Bangalore.
