Living and working in the 560 085 area of Bangalore has its own specific rhythm. We’ve been based here for quite some time, handling various Hewlett Packard products for the local community. It’s a part of Karnataka that’s seen a lot of growth, but we try to keep our operation small and manageable. We don't have a huge storefront with bright lights. Instead, it’s a simple space where the focus is on the computers and the people who use them. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know their way around a motherboard. We don't follow any corporate handbooks or use fancy jargon when we talk to people. If your computer isn't turning on, we just look for the reason and try to fix it. Some days the shop is quiet and we can get ahead on our tasks, and other days it feels like everyone in the neighborhood has a broken printer at the same time. We don't mind the busy days, though. It keeps life interesting. We’ve learned a lot about what people around here need when it comes to tech. It’s not always about the latest and greatest; often, it’s just about having something that works reliably. We’re just here to make sure that happens, one machine at a time, without any unnecessary drama or high prices. It’s a good way to spend the day and we plan to stay in India for the long haul.
