Hewitt Assocaites

Hewitt Assocaites is located at Number 163 on the 10th Main, 13th Cross in Maruthi Nagar. This is a typical Bangalore neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else. Our office is right there among the houses and small shops. It is a quiet enough street most of the time, except when the school buses come through. We have been here for a good while now. The inside of the office is pretty basic, just some tables and chairs and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do not have a front desk person or anything fancy like that. Whoever is closest to the door usually gets up to see who it is. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and taking calls. It is regular office work, nothing too exciting to write home about. Sometimes we take our lunch breaks together at the small eatery around the corner. We do not have any big corporate manifestos. We just try to get the work done correctly so we can head home on time. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it is home for us during the day. We are just a group of people working in Maruthi Nagar. It feels very grounded and real here, away from the big glass towers of the city. There is always a little bit of dust on the windows from the street.
