Hewalett Packard Global Soft As Receptionist

I work at the reception for Hewalett Packard Global Soft. We’re in the building at Dodothogur in Bangalore. It’s in Karnataka, 560100. Being at the front desk means I see everyone coming in and out of the doors. The building is pretty big. Bangalore is always busy and this area is no different from the rest. It gets quite hectic in the mornings when everyone arrives. I handle the calls and point people in the right direction when they get lost. It’s a lot of saying hello and asking people to wait a moment. We have people from all over coming here for meetings. The office has that typical feel with computers and desks everywhere you look. I try to keep my desk organized, but sometimes the mail piles up too fast. Dodothogur is a part of town that has grown a lot lately. There’s always construction or something happening outside on the street. It’s a long day sometimes, just sitting at the desk. I meet a lot of different people though. Some are in a huge hurry, while others stop to chat for a second or two. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. It’s not a glamorous job, just a regular part of the day-to-day operations here. The address is easy enough to find if you know the area. We’re just another part of the tech scene in Bangalore, doing our bit at the front entrance.
