Hevenly Technosoft Private Limited is out in Hesaragatta, at Vinayaka Nagar. Our office is at No 1422, and it’s a bit further away from the main Bangalore city center than most tech places. We actually like being a bit removed from the constant chaos of the inner city. It’s a bit quieter out here, which helps when you need to focus on software and technical details. The building we are in is a regular structure in a residential-feeling neighborhood. It doesn't look like a typical tech headquarters from the outside. Inside, it’s just us and our equipment. We have a few rooms set up for different parts of the work. Most of the time, the office is pretty casual. People wear whatever is comfortable, and we don't have strict clock-in times as long as the projects stay on schedule. We often have tea breaks where we talk about everything except work, which keeps us from getting too stressed out. Hesaragatta has its own charm, even if it takes a while for people to visit us. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do our work well and keep the team happy. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and it works for what we need to do every day. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the code.
