Hertztel Teched Private Limited is located on the 2nd floor of building number 843 in Indira Nagar 1st Stage. Being on 5th Main means we are right in one of the most popular parts of Bangalore. It’s a lively area with people always walking around and new shops opening up. Our office is a modest space where we handle the tech side of things. It’s not a huge floor with hundreds of people. Instead, it’s a tight-knit group where everyone has a specific role to play. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and we definitely feel the buzz of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing pitches. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and talking through technical issues. We like the fact that we can just step outside and be in the middle of everything, but inside, we try to keep things focused. There’s usually a pot of coffee going and someone talking about a new update or a bug they found. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done properly. It’s just a bunch of people who enjoy tech sitting in a room in Indira Nagar, making things happen one day at a time.
