We work out of Flat No 202 in the Kautilya Annex. It is located at 95 4 in the Mes Colony of Konena Agrahara. This is right near the Hal Post area in the city. It is more of an apartment-style office than a big commercial building. We like it that way because it feels less like a corporate cubicle. Hertz and Carzonrent have been operating from this specific flat for a while. We have some parking space outside for the cars we manage. Inside the flat, we have turned the different rooms into offices. It has a small kitchen where we make our coffee and a balcony where we take breaks. The area around Konena Agrahara is always busy because of the main road and the airport traffic nearby. We do not spend money on big signs or flashy decor. The walls are just a plain color and we have some basic furniture that we have used for years. It is a practical place to run a car rental business. Most of the time we are busy with paperwork or coordinating where the drivers need to go. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the cars are ready and the keys are where they should be. It is a lot of mundane work but it keeps us busy during the day.
