Our office sits at 119 St. Antony Road in the Kammanahalli area of Bangalore. If you’ve ever been to St. Thomas Town, you know the streets can be a bit narrow and winding. We’ve been in this spot for several years now, helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s mostly just us and our computers, surrounded by stacks of flight schedules and printouts. The office is small but it gets the job done. Kammanahalli has changed a lot since we started; there are so many more cafes and shops now than there used to be. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work through the pile of ticket requests. It can get pretty hectic when there’s a holiday coming up and everyone wants to go home at the same time. We don't have a big waiting room or fancy chairs. People usually just call us or drop by for a few minutes to pick up their papers. Most of our day is spent staring at screens and trying to find the best routes for people. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we know. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and talk to each other. We’re just a small local business trying to keep things moving for our customers every day without any extra fuss.
