Hemank Technology Consultants Privatelimited operates out of the S.K. Iris Apartments in Horamavu. We are on the second floor in unit F-204. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment complex rather than a big commercial building, but it works for us. It feels a bit more personal and less like a cold office. Horamavu is a growing area, and being at #85/2 gives us a bit of a breather from the more crowded parts of Bangalore. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the roads the way they are, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s pretty calm. We have our setup in the rooms, with wires running everywhere and monitors on every available surface. It’s a small group of consultants here, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't any room for secrets or big corporate egos. We just sit down, look at the data, and try to give the best advice we can. Sometimes we work late, and the quiet of the apartment building is actually quite nice. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with a logo on the wall. We just have our laptops and our experience. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we think it keeps us focused on the actual technology instead of the appearance of it.
