Hemalatha P Advocate

Hemalatha P Advocate is my practice, and you can find the office at 237 Wilson Garden. It’s a traditional sort of setup in an older part of the neighborhood. The office is filled with stacks of files and books that have been piling up over the years. Wilson Garden is a nice area, though parking near 237 can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. I’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel offices you see downtown. It’s more personal. I do a lot of my own typing and filing. You’ll usually see me behind a big wooden desk that’s a bit cluttered with folders. There’s a small waiting area, but it’s mostly just a couple of chairs. I don't use any of that corporate talk; I just tell people how things are. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a short break, but otherwise, I’m buried in paperwork. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, so I have a lamp that’s been on that desk for a decade. People come here when they have problems to solve, and I try to help them out without any big fuss. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place at 237 Wilson Garden where the work gets done slowly but surely. I spend my evenings cleaning up the desk for the next morning.
