Arjun Farms

Arjun Farms is situated at No. 98 in Maruthi Layout, which is part of the Dasarahalli-Hebbal area. It is interesting to see how much this part of the city has grown since we first started out here. We have a good amount of space and we try to make the most of every inch of it. Farming in an area that is becoming more residential has its own set of challenges but we like being here. The morning air is still a bit cool and fresh before the city noise really starts up for the day. We spend most of our time out in the dirt or checking on the structures we have built. It is hard work and your hands get dirty and your back gets tired but seeing things grow makes it worth the effort. People often stop by just to see what we are doing because you don't see as many farms right inside the layout anymore. We don't use any fancy machinery if we can help it and prefer doing things the old-fashioned way when we can. The address is 9th C. R. and it is easy enough to find if you are coming from the main part of Hebbal. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with the land and providing something useful to the local area without a lot of noise or self-promotion. It is a simple life that keeps us grounded to the earth.
