We are over here in Bangalore, specifically in Flat No 5 at Akarshana Enclave. It's on Papaiah Reddy Lane, which is off 6th Main Road in New Thippasandra. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy around here. The lane is one of those typical narrow ones where you have to be careful with your car. Most of us here just get on with the day-to-day tasks. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we keep our files and computers. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most mornings start with a quick tea from the shop down the road before we sit down at the desks. The neighborhood has everything we need, from small eateries to stationery shops. It’s a bit noisy in the afternoons when the school nearby lets out, but you get used to it. We don't really have a big reception area or a sign that stands out. People usually find us by asking the neighbors or looking for the flat number on the gate. We keep things pretty simple. There are about five or six of us who rotate through here depending on what needs doing. It’s just a practical setup for the work we do at Hcl Technologies Ltd. We try to keep the place tidy, though the desks are usually covered in papers and lunch boxes. It works for us.
