Hcl Peripherals

Down in Jayanagar, specifically at 51/1A on K R Road in the 7th Block West, is where we spend our days. Hcl Peripherals has been a fixture here for some time. We deal with all the extra bits and pieces that computers need to actually work well. Keyboards, mice, printers, you name it. The 7th Block is a nice part of Jayanagar, though finding parking can be a real headache some mornings. Our shop at 51/1A isn't anything fancy. It’s filled with boxes and shelves of stock. We spend a lot of time helping people find the right connector or fixing a printer that’s decided to stop working for no reason. It’s practical work. We see a lot of regular faces from the neighborhood. Some people just drop in to chat while they are out running errands. We don't have a big corporate team here; it's just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. The mornings are usually quiet, but by the afternoon, it picks up quite a bit. We keep things pretty informal. If a customer has a problem, we just sit down and look at it together. No complicated forms or long wait times. It’s a local business vibe. Being on K R Road means we see plenty of people passing by. We’ve grown attached to this little corner of the block. We plan on staying here for quite a while because we like the neighbors.
