Haymarket Media India Pvt. Ltd is based at 37, 8th Main, 4th Cross in Malleshpalya. We are currently using a space that’s part of H Ramanna’s property. Bangalore-46 is a nice, mostly residential part of the city, so it’s much quieter here than in the center of town. We don't have a big corporate sign or a flashy entrance. You just find the house number and come in. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of magazines that we’ve worked on over the years. We handle a lot of the editorial and production stuff from this location. It feels more like a home than an office, which is how we like it. There is a small garden area where we sometimes sit to get away from the screens for a few minutes. Most of our day is spent talking to printers or checking through different drafts. We aren't doing any high-pressure sales here. It’s just a group of people who know how to put a publication together. We’ve been at this Malleshpalya address for quite some time now and we know the local shops well. Getting here can be a bit tricky if you don't know the cross streets, but once you find us, it’s a very relaxed environment. We don't worry about being polished or corporate. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of our deadlines without making too much of a fuss.
