Our office is located at 124 Avenue Road, inside the Krisha Building. We are very easy to find because we’re quite close to the Mysore Bank Head Office, which is a major landmark in this part of town. Avenue Road is famous for being incredibly crowded and full of energy, with shops and street vendors everywhere you look. We have been operating our tours and travels business from this location for quite a long time. Inside, the walls have some maps and old posters of different travel destinations. Most of the day is spent on the phone, talking to drivers, or helping customers who walk in to book a trip or a bus seat. It can get very hectic, especially when the holiday season approaches and everyone is trying to plan their getaways at the same time. We have to coordinate a lot of different things, like making sure the cars are clean and the drivers are ready for their routes. The building itself is right in the middle of all the market noise, so it’s rarely quiet in here. Sometimes we have to step out onto the balcony just to get a bit of fresh air away from the stacks of registers and booking forms. We are just a local team of people who know the roads well and try to help others get where they need to go without a fuss.
