Harshitha Technologies Pvt Ltd is located in a house called Om Nilaya in the Devasandra area of Bangalore. We are tucked away at number 19, right behind the CPRI campus near New Bel Road in RMV 2nd Stage. It is a quiet residential spot, which is a nice change from the loud traffic on the main roads. We are a small team and we like it that way. We are not one of those huge tech companies in a big glass tower. Instead, we work from this house where it feels a bit more like a home. We have our computers and desks set up in the main rooms and we spend most of our time on coding and solving technical glitches. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet slows down, but we just deal with it as it comes. We usually get our snacks from the small shops just down the lane. Being C/O Nandeesh means the place has a personal history for us. We do not have a human resources department or a cafeteria. We just sit together and work on our projects until they are finished. Bangalore is a massive hub for technology, but we are quite content in our little corner of Devasandra. It is a humble setup where we can actually focus without all the corporate noise. We just take things as they come and try to keep the business running smoothly every day.
