We are located over in Nagarabhavi, 2nd Stage, at number 5/4. It’s a residential-feeling area but there are a few businesses like ours tucked in between the houses and small apartments. We’ve been here for a bit now. We do mostly technical work and solutions for people who run into trouble with their setups. It's not a big glass building with a sign on top. It's just a regular space where we have our computers and some tools laid out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are out or the kids are playing, but we don't really mind the noise. We aren't the type to wear suits to work. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts while we try to figure out a problem on a screen. We started because we liked fixing things and figuring out how they work. It turned into a full-time job before we really knew it was happening. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople trying to find customers. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us after we help them out. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the day in the small kitchen area. It’s a bit messy with cables and parts lying around on the workbenches, but that’s just how we operate. We like to get straight to the point when someone asks for help. We don't use big words or try to sound fancy. It's just a decent way to spend the day.
