We’ve been at 312 Jayanagar West for quite a long time now. It’s right on the 21st A Cross in the 6th Block. Being on the ground floor is handy because you don’t have to climb any stairs, which is nice when it’s hot out and you are tired. Jayanagar is a busy place with lots of trees, but our corner stays relatively quiet most of the morning. There is always some dust coming in from the road, so we spend a fair bit of time just wiping down the desks. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have some old chairs and a couple of tables where we do our daily work. Most of the people who come here are from around the neighborhood. We know the guy at the tea stall nearby and the people at the grocery store. It’s just a normal place to work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out. We start around nine and try to head home by six if the work is done. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up and do what needs to be handled for the day. If the gate is open, we are usually inside. It’s a simple routine that has worked for us for years now. We don't have big meetings or corporate stuff, just honest work on a daily basis.
