Harin Technologies Pvt Ltd is tucked away on 2nd Main in Hoshalli, right near the 4th Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know Vijaynagar is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. We’ve got a few computers, some desks that don't quite match, and a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on. It gets a bit noisy outside during the rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the local market nearby. We aren't trying to be the next big tech giant or anything like that. Most days involve us sitting around the table figuring out how to fix problems that come up. Some days are long, and we end up staying late just because something needs to get finished. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy lunch rooms. Everyone here just knows what their job is and gets on with it. It’s a small team, so we talk to each other directly instead of sending a hundred emails. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s a good spot for us. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. People around here are friendly, and there’s always a good place to grab some food just a short walk away. We just stay focused on our tasks.
