We are located at Srikanta Nivas on the first floor, right on the 6th Cross of Sampige Road. Malleswaram is a great neighborhood to work in because it has that old Bangalore feel. Our shop is at number 68. It’s a busy area with people always walking by to get to the market or the temples nearby. We set up here because it’s easy for people to reach us. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for the three of us to work on computers and talk to customers. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we don't use complicated language or try to overcharge them. We just look at the machine and tell them what’s wrong. Sometimes we are swamped with laptops that need screens replaced or keyboards that have stopped working. Other days, it’s just people asking for advice on what to buy. We keep a lot of cables and small parts in the drawers behind the counter. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re in, it’s a comfortable enough spot. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s an honest way to make a living and we like the people around Sampige Road. It feels like home to us, and we plan to stay here for a very long time.
