We are based over at the Armstrong Road location in Bharathi Nagar, specifically at 4/16 P, No 3rd Strt. This isn’t the main restaurant floor everyone thinks of, but more of the behind-the-scenes office space where we handle the actual business side of things. The building is tucked into a side street, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads in Bangalore. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of posters on the walls from events we’ve done over the years. We spend our days dealing with vendors, checking on inventory, and making sure the paperwork for the various outlets is in order. It’s a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets, to be honest. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where everyone gathers around mid-afternoon to take a break. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of deadlines hitting at once. We’ve been in this Bharathi Nagar spot for quite a while now, and the local shops nearby know us well. It’s just a practical office where the real work happens to keep everything else running smoothly. We try to keep the files organized, but there’s always a bit of a mess with all the promotional materials and boxes lying around. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the desk fans are always on full blast.
