Halcyon ( Your Personal Business Condo)

Halcyon is located at No. 9 in the Drafadilla Layout, right in the 4th Block of Koramangala. Koramangala is a very busy part of Bangalore, full of startups and people always on the go. Our building stands out a bit in the layout. We handle the business condo side of things here. It means a lot of people coming in and out for work at different hours. We spend a lot of time keeping the place running, checking on the maintenance, and making sure the space is ready for whoever is using it. It’s not a quiet job because there’s always something that needs fixing or someone with a question. The staff stays pretty busy throughout the day. We’ve been in the 4th Block for a good amount of time, so we’ve seen how much this area has grown. It’s a lot of concrete and cars now. Inside the building, we just try to keep things orderly. It’s a practical setup for business people who need a place to stay and work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us at the desk or walking around the property. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the parking gets tight, but we do our best with the space we have. It’s a real place with real people working behind the scenes every single day. We keep a stash of extra lightbulbs and cleaning supplies in the back cupboard for when things break.
