Our place is tucked away in Akashnagar, over on the 11th Cross. It’s part of the B.Narayanpura area, and the mail comes through the Doorvaninagar post office. If you know Bangalore, you know how these cross streets can get a bit confusing if you aren't looking closely. We are at number 5. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on work. The building is older, but it serves us well. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now, seeing the neighborhood change around us. There’s a lot of trees still, which helps with the heat. We usually start pretty early before the sun gets too high. Everyone here just does their bit, keeping the files moving and making sure the phones are answered. It’s not a place for flashy signs or anything like that. We just have our desks and our routine. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask about something. We’ve got a small tea break in the afternoon that everyone looks forward to. Doorvaninagar has a specific feel to it, a bit more relaxed than the city center. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we make it work. It's a solid spot for what we do. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a regular day at the office for the team here at Akashnagar, keeping things going as best as we can.
