Hal Cam Hangar, Bangalore

Our situation is a bit unique because while the name says Hal Cam Hangar in Bangalore, the main contact point is actually out here in Rajasthan. We are located in Chak Raikan, which is a small village near Nohar in the Hanumangarh district. It’s a very rural area, quite far from the busy tech hubs of the south. Life here follows the rhythm of the seasons and the crops. We work out of a simple building that serves as our base. The post comes through the Gandheli office. It’s mostly dry and dusty around here, and the summers are incredibly hot. We don't have many people visiting us in person because of the location. Most of our day is spent managing records and keeping in touch with the team elsewhere. It’s a quiet existence compared to a city office. We have to be very organized with our paperwork because nothing happens quickly in a place like this. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours, so we just sit outside in the shade until it comes back. It’s just us doing our part from this corner of Rajasthan, keeping things moving along as best as we can every day. Sometimes the goats from the village wander near the building, reminding us how far we are from the Bangalore office.
