Hak Agrofoods

We operate out of the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically on 16th Cross Road and 18th Main. It’s a busy part of town with lots of trucks and noise, which suits us just fine. Our work is all about agrofoods, meaning we deal with a lot of bulk processing. The facility is mostly full of machinery for sorting and packing. It’s not a glamorous environment. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the equipment is running smooth. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we all know the rhythm of the place. We start early when the air is still a bit cool, because it gets pretty stuffy once the sun is up. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We just focus on the food products and getting them shipped out on time. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed, and we all have to pitch in to fix it. It’s just how things go in this industry. We don’t make any big promises, we just show up and handle the grains and produce. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Some days are longer than others, but we get by. We just keep moving.
