Haden International(Integrated Facility Management)

Our office is over on Sarjapur Road, right near the Wipro corporate office in the Rainbow Drive area. Being at Haden International means we spend a lot of time thinking about how buildings and facilities run. We handle things like cleaning, maintenance, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a place functional. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always noise from the street and people heading into work at the bigger companies nearby. Our team is usually out on-site or sitting at the desks coordinating different shifts. We have a lot of equipment stored away and schedules pinned up on the walls so everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can get through our daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic on Sarjapur Road makes it hard for the staff to get in on time, but we manage. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who have been doing facility management for years and others who are just starting out. We don’t really do much advertising; we just stick to our routine and make sure the buildings we look after don't have any major problems. The office is easy to find if you know the landmark by Wipro. It is just a regular workplace where we focus on the jobs at hand without much fuss or unnecessary complicated procedures and that is how we like it.
