Habitat Ventures

Habitat Ventures is based in Bangalore. Our office is located at number 41 on the second floor of a building called Lakshmi Venkateshwara Nilaya. It is on M.M. Road in the Byatarayanapura area, right near Mysore Road. The office is set up c/o K.Rajendran. The PIN code for our part of town is 560 026. It is a very busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around constantly. Mysore Road is always packed with traffic, so it takes a bit of time to get here from other parts of the city. We have a simple space on the second floor where we sit and go through our files. It is not a large office, but it is enough for what we do. We spend the day talking to people and looking at various venture plans. There is a lot of noise from the street below, but we have gotten used to it over time. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big reception area. It is just a practical place to work. Usually, we are busy with phone calls or meetings that happen right at our desks. Being in Lakshmi Venkateshwara Nilaya feels a bit like being at home since it is a local name and a local building. We’ve been here for a while and know the shops nearby quite well. It is a typical Bangalore workplace where we just try to get through the day's tasks.
