Habitat Ventures

Our office for Habitat Ventures is on Shankarmutt Road in Basavanagudi, located at number 26. Basavanagudi is a beautiful and older part of the city with all those massive trees and famous temples nearby. It feels very different from the newer, high-tech parts of town. We spend our days here working on various projects and layout plans. It involves a lot of meetings and looking at technical drawings spread out on big tables. Sometimes we walk over to the local spots for a quick coffee when we need a break from the office air. The building we are in is simple and fits right into the traditional feel of the neighborhood. We aren't the type of company to have a flashy glass building with a lobby. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files stacked up in corners. We deal with a lot of different people, from contractors to families looking for a place to stay. There is always something going on, whether it's a phone call about a construction site or someone coming in to ask basic questions. We try to keep things straightforward when we talk to folks. We don't like using complicated industry terms if we can avoid them. It’s a steady kind of work and we enjoy being in this specific area because of its long history. The rainy season can make things a bit slow, but otherwise, we are usually quite occupied with the daily tasks.
