H V Ramachandra Rao

The office of H V Ramachandra Rao is tucked away on the third floor of building number 16 13 in Palace Guttahalli. We are right on the 1st Main in Kempanna Layout. To get to us, you have to climb up a few flights of stairs because the building is a bit older and doesn't have a lift. It keeps us moving, I suppose. The space up here is quite simple. We have the usual office stuff—desks, a couple of computers that sometimes run slow, and plenty of paper. It isn't the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it works for what we need to do. Palace Guttahalli is a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets and people always on the move. From the third floor, we can see a bit of the activity down on the 1st Main. It’s mostly just me and a small team handling the daily tasks. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People who need us usually know where to find us. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in folders and notes. It’s a very practical environment. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the afternoons. We’ve been here for years and have seen the neighborhood change around us, but our little office stays pretty much the same. It’s just an honest place to get work done.
