We are based up on the 4th floor over in Domlur. It’s where we coordinate all the technicians who are out fixing air conditioners and ventilation systems around the city. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones and people planning out the day’s routes. We have a lot of parts and filters sitting around in boxes, waiting to be taken to a job site. Being on the 4th floor means we see a bit of the neighborhood, but we spend most of our time looking at schedules. It gets pretty hectic during the hotter months when everyone’s cooling goes on the fritz at the same time. We try to get to everyone, but sometimes parts take a while to arrive. Our guys are mostly out in their vans, so the office can feel a bit empty in the middle of the day. We deal with a lot of blueprints and technical manuals to make sure the systems are put in right. It isn’t the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this for a while, just keeping the air moving and the buildings comfortable. People call us when things get too stuffy or when a fan stops spinning. We just take down the details and send someone over. It’s a lot of logistics and hoping the traffic isn't too bad for the guys on the road.
