H R Acess

Our office for H R Acess is located on Infantry Road, inside the Sterling Heights building at number 139. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of town, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are coming in for meetings or interviews. The street outside is usually packed with cars and people heading to different offices, so there’s always something going on. Inside, we keep things pretty low-key. We spend most of our time looking through resumes or talking to folks about different job openings. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making calls, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people don't feel too stressed when they visit us. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now, and we’ve seen plenty of people come and go as they move through their careers. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or business talk; we just try to understand what someone is looking for and see if we can help them out. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out, right here in the heart of the city, nothing more or less.
