We operate out of Apartment 302 in the Green Is The Color building. It's in the first block on 3rd Main, right at the 5th Cross in Dilekahalli. Most people just call this area Dollar Layout. It’s in Bangalore-76. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s not too loud during the day. We have our equipment and desks set up in the apartment. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being finicky, but that doesn’t happen too often. Being in a place like this makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We handle the fitness side of things from here, mostly the admin and planning for Gympac. It’s not a gym you walk into to lift weights; it’s more where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. The rooms are filled with boxes sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating things via email. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we try to stay put as much as possible once we get in. The sunlight comes in nice through the windows in the afternoon. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the street when we need a break. It's a decent way to spend the week. We just keep at it.
