We run Guru Raghavendra Tours Travels from the Nagappa Building, which is located at 815 Electronic City on 15th Cross. It’s a busy little office because of where we are. Electronic City always has people moving around, so there’s never a quiet moment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. Our desk is usually covered in notebooks and maps. It’s not a polished travel agency you’d see in a mall; it’s more of a practical place where we get the cars and buses sorted out. We’ve been at 15th Cross for a good while, so the local drivers and regular commuters know us well. The Nagappa Building is a familiar spot for many. We deal with all sorts of people, from folks going on a quick trip to people needing a ride for work. Things can get a bit chaotic when several bookings happen at once, but we just buckle down and figure it out. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that does everything. We just talk to people, listen to where they need to go, and try to make it work. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things change at the last minute, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving. We stay busy every day and hope for clear roads and good weather for our travelers. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us on our toes.
