We are based at 24 Hani Park Road, right across from the B D A Complex in Banashankari 2nd Stage. The Gangeshwar Temple and Ramkruti are also nearby, which makes it pretty easy to give people directions when they call. Our shop is a bit small, but we manage to fit a lot of inventory in there. It is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain during the weekends when everyone is out shopping at the BDA complex. We spend a lot of our time just sorting through new stock and putting things away. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you will usually see the same faces every time you walk through the door. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our inventory; we just know what is on the shelves by looking. Sometimes we run out of things and it takes a few days to get more in from the suppliers. We are not trying to be the biggest or best shop in Bangalore or anything like that. We just like being part of the neighborhood here. The walk from the main road is short, and we get a lot of people just popping in while they are doing their grocery shopping nearby. We keep the place clean, but it is definitely lived-in. There is a small wooden chair in the corner where we sit when things are quiet. It is a simple life and we enjoy the routine of it.
