Our office is in a residential-looking building called Sai Sadan, specifically Flat 10 at SV Arcade. It’s on 3rd A Main, right behind the Unnati Center in Sadananda Nagar, which is part of the Indiranagar post area in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to delivery drivers, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on training and development, mostly for people heading over to Dubai or working in HR roles. It’s a quiet space, mostly filled with training manuals and some old whiteboards that don't erase properly anymore. We aren't a big corporate headquarters; it’s more like a functional hub where we get people ready for their jobs. We spend a lot of time talking and going over procedures. Sometimes the fans are too loud and we have to yell over them during a session. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. You just come in, find a seat, and we get started. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Indiranagar is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street, but inside we just try to focus on the modules we have to cover. We aren't fancy and we don't pretend to be. It’s just us helping people learn what they need to know before they move on to their next big step. We’ve been at it for a while and just keep the classes moving.
