Guest Service Agent

Our office is situated at 117/3 on 12th A Main in Bangalore. This part of the city, with the 560045 pin code, is actually quite nice with some trees still left on the roadsides. As guest service agents, our day is mostly about helping people figure out their travel and stay. It involves a lot of sitting at the desk and talking to people on the phone or via email. The office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to keep things organized. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign outside. It’s more of a practical place where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes people drop by to ask questions in person, and we do our best to help them out with whatever they are looking for. The 12th A Main road can get a bit crowded with parked cars, so finding a spot nearby is always a challenge. We’ve been working from this location for some time now and we’ve seen the neighborhood get busier and noisier. Despite that, it’s a good place to work. We just take each day as it comes, handling bookings and answering queries. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up, do the hours, and try to make sure we don't make any mistakes with the details. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town, and that suits us just fine.
