Gs Management

Gs Management is located right in Kamakshipalya. If you know this area, you know it’s a mix of everything—small workshops, houses, and lots of little shops. We don’t have a fancy building with a glass front. Instead, we’re in a plain spot that gets the job done. Management sounds like a big word, but mostly we are just keeping track of papers and making sure things are organized for people who need help. The air in Kamakshipalya always feels like there’s something being built or moved nearby. It’s a very active part of town. We start our day early because the noise starts early anyway. Our office has a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days and some desks that we've had since we started. We don't spend much on decor because we’d rather just focus on what we’re doing. There is a small park a few blocks away where some of us go to sit for ten minutes when the office feels too small. The tea here is usually served in those tiny glass cups and it's always very sweet. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we like that people just walk in when they have a question. It’s not formal here at all. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and try to make sense of whatever comes our way that day. It is just regular work.
