Growthlet Labs Private Limited

Growthlet Labs Private Limited is based out of Basavanagar in Bengaluru. We are in the Jain Heights East Parade complex, specifically in Flat No. B202 on L Narayana Reddy Road. It’s an apartment complex, so coming to work feels a lot like going to someone’s house, which we don't mind. We use the different rooms for different tasks. The living area is where most of us sit with our laptops, and the smaller rooms are for when we need to take a call or have a quick chat without disturbing everyone else. It’s a pretty modern building, so things actually work well, like the power backup and the lifts. Basavanagar is a busy area, but once you get inside the gates of East Parade, it’s much quieter. We like being on the second floor because we can see the trees and the common areas of the complex. It’s not a typical office with cubicles or anything like that. We just have some sturdy tables and comfortable chairs. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or a big logo at the entrance. It’s just a functional space where we get together to work on our software and data stuff. It’s a relaxed environment, and honestly, it’s a lot better than being in a crowded high-rise downtown.
