Our office for Growthandgrowth Techno Soft Privatelimited is located in a spot called Anugraha, which is house number 38. We are on the 2nd Main Road, specifically near the 1st Cross in Balaji Layout. This is part of the Babusapalya area. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential but with some small offices like ours tucked away here and there. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the 2nd Main. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working. The space is filled with the usual stuff—computers, some half-empty water bottles, and a lot of notebooks. We like the Balaji Layout area because it feels a bit more relaxed than the huge tech parks. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don't know the crosses and mains, but we like being a bit hidden from the main noise. We are a small operation at Growthandgrowth. We don't have any big missions or grand visions written on the walls. We just focus on the software and tech tasks we have for the week. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, and then typing it out. Sometimes we all go out for tea at the corner stall. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of Bangalore. We are just people working together to keep the business going every day.
