Group4Securitas

We are over at 12/2 on the 12th Cross in Chinnappa Garden. It is tucked away in the Benson Town post office area of Bangalore, zip code 560 046. Group4Securitas operates from here, though it is not a flashy office by any means. It is a practical space where we manage our schedules and keep track of things. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite grounded. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at rosters. There is usually a bit of a mess on the desks with papers and logbooks scattered around. It is not the kind of place you would find in a high-rise building downtown. We prefer it this way because it is easier to just get on with the day’s tasks without all the corporate fuss. The 12th Cross can get a bit congested during the rush hour, and parking isn't always the easiest thing to find, but we make it work. Most of us have been around here for a long time, so we know the local streets and the people. It is a straightforward environment. We do not go in for big speeches or polished presentations. If someone needs to talk to us, they just walk in and find someone at a desk. It is just a regular office doing regular work to keep things moving. We take our tea breaks together when things get quiet.
