Greens

Greens is our restaurant located right on Sarjapura Road in the Agara area of Bangalore. We are basically a garden restaurant, so there is a bit more space and air than you get in the cramped city center spots. The address is 560034, and being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. We serve food in a casual setting without any of the fine-dining pretentiousness you might find elsewhere. The tables are simple, and the staff is just a group of local people who know the menu by heart. Sometimes it gets really busy during the dinner rush, and the kitchen gets a bit loud, but we do our best to keep up. The plants in the garden need a lot of watering because of the Bangalore sun, so you’ll often see someone out there with a hose in the mornings. It’s a relaxed place where you can hear the traffic from the road but still feel a bit tucked away. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on cooking the food and making sure the tables are clean. It’s been a part of the Sarjapura Road scene for a while now, and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. It’s just a honest, local eatery where we put in the hours every day. Nothing fancy happens here, we just serve lunch and dinner.
