At Greenesol Power Systems Pvt Ltd, we work out of No. 11/23, Suryadev, on the 20th Main Road. We are in the 1-R Block of Rajajinagar, right over by West of Chord Road. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We focus on power systems, so our space is often filled with technical drawings and project files. The building isn't new, but it’s our home base. We have a routine that starts early in the morning. Most of the staff has been around for a long time, so we know how each other works. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office with people in suits. We mostly wear casual clothes and talk about the work that needs to be finished. Rajajinagar is a good area with plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings discussing engineering details. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all complain about it together. It’s a very human place to work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just try to solve the problems that our customers bring to us. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which is nice when you step out for a breather. We have been here for years and we know the local shops pretty well by now.
