Green Valleys Sheltors

We are over here at 8 vishveshwaraiah Puram. It’s right by Bhuyangdev Cross Road. Green Valleys Sheltors has been in this spot for a bit now. Most days it’s just us looking at site plans or talking to people about where they want to live. It gets a little noisy with the traffic outside sometimes. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites too. Building stuff takes a long time and there is always something going wrong with the weather or the materials. We just try to keep things moving. People come in asking about plots or houses. We show them what we have on the maps. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the foundations are right. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit since we started. There are more shops now and the roads are busier. Sometimes it’s a headache dealing with all the permits and the local rules. But that is how it goes when you are in this business. We just keep the door open and handle things as they come. It’s a local operation, nothing too big. Just a few of us here trying to make sure people get their keys on time. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the rain to stop so we can get back to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just some desks and some files. If the door is open, we are usually inside.
